We provide a 24 hour emergency support number local rate (0845), should you need a reboot you can call up anytime and have a tech attend to your server. We do not provide managed services, so it is down to you to ensure your server is patched up to date. If you require hardware alterations you can either come to the datacenter your self or we can have a tech work on your server.
