Do you monitor the servers?

All clients get 2 free service monitors per server. Our monitor will check every 5 minutes that both those services are running; should one fail you will receive a SMS (text message) notification to your mobile phone. Note this is per server in your rackspace space - not per client, so if you have 10 servers you receive 20 FREE service checks every 5 minutes!
