What is the difference between colo and dedicated servers?
With colocation you may access the datacenter (supervised by one of our team), you use your own server, and you are billed based upon physical cabinet space usage per unit [U], i.e. a 2u case. With a dedicated server you have no physical access to the datacenter; the hardware is rented rather than the cabinet space. Colocation gives you control over the specification, make, quality of components - ultimately you have total control.
